Jacob founded Ready Support Services (RSS) in early 2010 as a small IT venture with one client until he left Accenture Federal Services (AFS) in 2015 to take RSS to the next level.
While working RSS part-time, Jacob held various full-time management positions at Accenture Federal Services on a National Services contract where he was most recently the Chief Engineer focusing on mission management and operations support while leading a 138-person engineering team. While at AFS, Jacob performed Solution Architect, Systems and Service design engineering support; delivering on over 35 RFP/Task Orders for a single project, growing the base by $58M. In addition, Jacob was responsible for future infrastructure interoperability and integration task for site mission systems, acting as the Service Delivery Team Lead; supporting and responsible for the daily supervision of a multi-site technical services team (e.g., delivery, process, business operations of IT systems)
Jacob currently serves as a Cryptologic Warfare Officer in the United States Navy Reserves. He has worked in the National and Regional footprint for over a ten-year period providing production, analysis and control operational support and leadership to the Navy Information Operations Command while serving as an Executive Officer (XO). He has also served as the Division/Department Head responsible for 3 National mission sets for a 60-person special taskforce and worked to develop, plan and execute critical information elements for real time support to the warfighter acting as the Battle Watch Captain and Cryptologic Resource Coordinator for forward deployed units.
Lastly, he has provided support, design and implementation of new backbone networks for TIMPO Army Medical IMPC/CHCS2 programs and led a “core team” through the entire program management lifecycle from initiation to close on multi-site systems deployments for over 2 years; to include deliverables such as contract regulatory guidance, tactical readiness and execution, adherence to technical baseline, testing and quality controls to ensure successful system delivery. Jacob has worked as a senior information security management consultant to the defense industry; a senior network engineer; and a solutions architect manager for a national ITSM services firm.
