With over 25 plus years in financial management, business development, auditing, process engineering, and driving high-performance teams. Burton has carved a career path that included working for public companies like Xerox ($12B), BancTec ($500M), and private companies including Teccor Electronics, Expo Group, and Wyndham Jade. Holding executive roles in semiconductor manufacturing, IT services, hospitality, travel, and high-tech manufacturing industries.

Over the years, Burton has managed many different roles. He has focused on revenue growth and cost reductions while sustaining positive cash flow for all levels of the business. In roles that have included CFO, Vice-President of Finance, Sr. Controller, and Vice-President of Business Development, Burton has been able to spearheaded the consolidation of large service groups, software implementations, division start-ups many times over.
While driving the strategic initiatives of his partners, he has been able to established IT Services – Center of Excellence teams supporting business development and resposive customer experience that every organization desires.
Achievements have included the merger and acquisition of two service companies while obtaining savings of $3.6 million, as well as, leading a new division start-up creating increased revenues of $35 million with 30% margin growth. In addition, as an effective Business Development leader, and through the Center of Excellence strategies, Burton drove increased sales productivity by 300%.
